Solution
The main challenge is to redesign the website's information architecture to boost the conversion rate. Currently, the website fails to clearly convey what the product is and what makes it unique, resulting in a poor first impression for visitors. Our team thoroughly reviewed the entire website and redesigned the information architecture to address the client's initial request: increasing the demo request rate.

BRIEF
The primary goal is to improve user experience of the existing company website to effectively communicate Vergo's value proposition to visitors and increase conversion rates.

Approach
In a first step wireframes were created to test and agree on general directions and to clarify content blocks and fix the structure of the website.
Design Decisions
The client did not have a style guideline from their previous designer, so we created one from scratch. This will ensure design consistency even after our contract ends.
We maintained the current website's dark color scheme, complemented by blue tone. For typography, we selected the highly legible Jakarta Sans in varying sizes to ensure the website remains simple and clean.

Key Takeaway
All participants successfully completed the assigned task of requesting a demo. Based on their feedback, we addressed both critical issues and minor cosmetic concerns. Due to time constraints, we were unable to conduct additional usability tests, but we provided the client with several recommendations for further website improvement:
Conduct more user testing to identify issues and enhance website design.
Focus on mobile optimization, as mobile device usage is increasing.
Consistently update content, as some images still reflect the COVID era.
Implement an online virtual appointment booking system, as participants expressed a preference for booking appointments immediately rather than filling out contact information.
